Job Description

Interpret parts, process customer orders, dispatch products & parts; be the first point of contact for our customers. Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Parts interpreting “know how” (technical parts knowledge)
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Confidence in sharing knowledge and ability to communicate it understandably
  • Innovate and collaborative approach to work
  • Solution focussed / problem solver
  • Sound computer skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
  • Conscious of workplace safety at all times
