Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.
Job Responsibility:
Interpret parts
Process customer orders
Efficiently dispatch products and parts
Promote specials
Arrange buy ins
Process customer credits
First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
Contribute to a culture of safety
Requirements:
Parts interpreting “know how” (technical parts knowledge)
Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
Confidence in sharing knowledge and ability to communicate it understandably
Innovative and collaborative approach to work
Solution focussed / problem solver
Sound computer skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
