Job Description

Interpret parts, process customer orders, dispatch products & parts; be the first point of contact for our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Interpret parts
  • Process customer orders
  • Efficiently dispatch products and parts
  • Promote specials
  • Arrange buy ins
  • Process customer credits
  • First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Requirements

  • Parts interpreting "know how" (your technical parts knowledge)
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand
  • Innovate and collaborative approach to work
  • Solution focussed / problem solver
  • Sound computer skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
  • Conscious of workplace safety at all times
