Whether you’re a Qualified Mechanic looking for a better culture, or a Workshop Controller ready to run a tight ship, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification: A Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or independent workshop environment
  • License: A current, valid manual driver's license
  • Attitude: A pride in your workmanship and a 'team first' mentality
  • Leadership Skills: (For Lead/Manager roles) Proven ability to motivate a team and manage KPIs
