Job Description

To strengthen our R&D activities, we are looking for an Automotive / Management Engineer to contribute to the development and execution of innovation projects in the mobility and automotive domain. The role involves supporting research and innovation initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the definition and realization of technical and strategic project activities within technology-driven environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the development and execution of research and innovation projects in the automotive and mobility domain
  • Support the definition of project activities, technical concepts, and innovation strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, researchers, and project partners
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables
  • Support project coordination and alignment activities across different stakeholders
  • Participate in innovation, benchmarking, and technology scouting activities related to future mobility solutions

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Management Engineering, or related technical fields
  • Strong interest in research, innovation, and technology-driven projects
  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary and collaborative environments
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach to technical and organizational activities
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience in research environments, university projects, or innovation programmes
  • PhD, research fellowship, or academic experience in engineering or mobility-related topics
  • Previous experience in R&D or innovation contexts, particularly in the automotive domain
  • Interest in emerging mobility technologies and future vehicle systems
