Automotive Fleet Deletions Coordinator

• Oversee the smooth entry and exit of vehicles in our rental fleet
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections
• Handle license plate installation and removal
• Coordinate registration papers, stickers, and car keys
• Prepare vehicles for customer rentals or their transition out of our fleet for retail used car lots, auctions, or other prospective buyers
• Work outdoors in a dynamic car lot environment, ensuring the efficient movement and organization of vehicles

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to work outdoors or in close proximity to a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive a variety of vehicles and type
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Previous experience in auto service maintenance is a valuable asset
