Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging training using classroom, online and practical methods
  • Plan and manage learning activity so apprentices progress on time
  • Build trusted relationships with apprentices and employers
  • Support wellbeing and safeguarding
  • Track progress accurately
  • Lead gateway reviews and support end point assessments
  • Step in early when someone is struggling
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain high quality standards and compliance
  • Keep your own skills up to date

Requirements

  • Experience in a relevant vocational or technical area
  • Hold or willing to work towards assessor or training qualifications
  • Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple learners
  • Communicate clearly and build trust quickly
  • Confident using digital systems to track progress and documentation

  • Carry out gateway reviews and support end point assessments so learners achieve successful outcomes
  • Work closely with employers to maximise on-the-job training opportunities
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and take action where progress falls behind
  • Contribute to at-risk meetings and help put clear improvement plans in place
  • Support apprentice recruitment, inductions and onboarding
