Basic understanding of automotive systems and components

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Diagnoses and repair of brake systems, exhaust, electrical, steering/suspension, timing belts, water pumps, charging system, engine diagnostics, emissions, tires & alignments, air conditioning, scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and computer systems
Proficient using diagnostic equipment’s, scan tools and personal computer
Minimum 5 years automotive service center experience on most/all makes & models
