Job Description:

At ElevenLabs, we believe AI will fundamentally change how companies grow and win customers. As an AI Automations Engineer, you'll be at the heart of that transformation—designing and building the next generation of tooling for go-to-market (GTM), Operations, and Finance teams. This is a highly cross-functional, technical role where you’ll use your full-stack engineering skills to build systems that supercharge ElevenLabs. You’ll embed within a specific team, and work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product leaders to understand pain points, decompose ambiguous problems, and ship elegant, pragmatic solutions at speed.

Job Responsibility:

Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support our revenue teams
Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources
Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code
Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize ElevenLabs operations, and drive their development and implementation
Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the ElevenLabs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows
Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact

Requirements:

Strong full-stack engineering skills: comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed
Minimum requirements: Python, SQL
Builder mindset: move fast, work independently, don't wait for perfect specs
Deep product intuition: think in terms of systems and workflows, care about business impact
Passionate about AI: eager to explore how AI can transform B2B sales, marketing, operation, and finance
Experience working with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems
