Automation Tester

• Validate Oracle GoldenGate configurations and ensure accurate data replication across BI systems
• Carry out automation testing using the STAF Framework and execute ETL testing activities
• Develop automation scripts using Page Object Model and Page Factory patterns
• Work with Selenium, Java, Maven, Log4j and JMeter for functional and performance testing
• Build and maintain automation frameworks to maximise test coverage
• Create and implement effective test strategies, plans and scenarios prioritised by business needs
• Execute test cases and analyse results to ensure high‑quality delivery
• Identify, log and track defects using JIRA, supporting issue analysis and resolution
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Bitbucket and GitHub
• Review requirement documents and collaborate with technical and client teams to clarify expectations
• Support continuous improvements in testing processes and support troubleshooting when required

• Skilled in writing, designing and executing automated tests using scripting frameworks
• Experienced (4–8 years) in software testing, QA methodologies, Agile practices and automation tools
• Proficient in ETL/BI Testing, Selenium, Java, API testing and automation framework development
• Strong understanding of data analysis, test planning and process optimisation
• Proactive problem‑solver with an analytical mindset and ability to work under time pressures
• Able to engage with client stakeholders and collaborate in diverse, cross‑cultural teams
• Excellent communicator with strong documentation skills and the ability to highlight risks early

Knowledge of the telecom domain is desirable
