Job Description:

The Expertise, Performance and Automation Chapter is responsible for activities such as performance testing of managed applications, automation of functional and non-regression tests, and synthetic monitoring of applications in production. The role of Automation Tester with Tosca involves contributing to functional test strategies, coaching on Tosca testing, maintaining testing infrastructure, and demonstrating ROI on test automation.

Job Responsibility:

Defining the project and scoping the needs for automated functional testing
Establishing the test strategy according to identified needs
Assisting the project on the functional testing scope, providing QA coaching if the project is autonomous on Tosca, and promoting test value through feedback and experience sharing
Supporting the team lead on all types of activities
Maintaining a non-commercial relationship with the software vendor: incident tracking, consulting
Administering the automated functional testing infrastructure with Tosca Test Suite: troubleshooting, operational maintenance, capacity monitoring
Maintaining documentation bases, relationships, and collaboration with expert
