Job Description:

This role focuses on developing and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be responsible for the design and execution of automated tests that provide consistent, valuable outcomes within an Agile environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, create, and analyze manual and automated tests for both sprint-based tasks and regression suites
  • Build and maintain step definitions and feature files using C#
  • Work within a squad to understand system requirements and collaborate with developers to resolve bugs
  • Utilize and evaluate automation tools, with a focus on improving test design and execution efficiency
  • Support production deployments and assist with troubleshooting production issues
  • Write clear, concise bug reports and maintain documentation for automation frameworks

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in automation testing (Junior to Mid-level)
  • Strong proficiency in C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Experience with Specflow, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, or SOAP UI
  • Proven experience in both browser-based and API automation on large-scale projects
  • Solid understanding of JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
  • Must be Melbourne located & be a Permanent Resident OR Citizen

Nice to have:

Playwright experience is highly desirable
