Job Responsibility

Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
Initiate and oversee the cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery of each campaign
Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing and improving internal processes, by routine analysis and supplying actionable ideas
Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and effectively deliver a high volume of campaigns

Job Responsibility

Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
End-to-end campaign/program build management: Initiate and oversee the cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery of each campaign. Campaigns will be initiated from within the CRM team and across the Ledger organization
Delivery process optimization: Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing and improving internal processes, by routine analysis and supplying actionable ideas
Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and effectively deliver a high volume of campaigns

Strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle best practices
Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting

Job Responsibility

Develop and deploy automated campaigns and lifecycle flows that support customer engagement, loyalty program growth, and retention goals
Build personalized journeys and implement dynamic personalization based on a customer’s first entry point, behavior, preferences, and purchase history
Work within our CDP and alongside internal analysts to build segmentation and contribute to LTV growth strategy
Audit existing automation setup and identify improvements and optimization opportunities
Establish best practices for campaign flow hierarchy and consumer touchpoints within their journey
Work closely with the CRM Content Specialist to understand A/B test learnings to ensure email best practices are met. Contribute to strategy for future A/B content tests
