Job Description:

If you’re looking for a career that will help you stand out, join TechForce and fulfil your potential. We are looking to hire an Automation Specialist for one of our Federal customers.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and prepare testing documentation, including test strategies, plans, conditions, and cases, adhering to the Client System Delivery Methodology (SDM)
Execute testing across various System Readiness test phases: Systems Test, Systems Integration Test, Stress, Volume and Performance testing (SVP), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage defect resolution and release processes, including raising and monitoring defects
Generate comprehensive testing reports and statistics as required
Participate in formal reviews of key project artifacts (e.g., business and functional requirements) and conduct peer reviews of testing documentation
Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships within the agency, and, when necessary, lead or manage work teams

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desirable
Demonstrated experience in IT testing, encompassing the use of testing management products and test automation
Proven ability to thrive in an Agile (Scrum) project environment
Desirable knowledge of, or the capacity to quickly acquire knowledge of, Client systems and underlying technologies (e.g., Java, Siebel / Oracle Fusion, ESB, PeopleSoft, Datawarehouse/Datalake)
Desirable knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, Microsoft SharePoint and MS Dynamics CRM application testing
End-to-end functional test automation experience
Solid commercial IT experience with at least 2-5 years in application software testing, particularly involving complex animated controls for MS dynamics and HTML5 constructs, utilizing the following tools: Selenium engine with C#, MS Team Foundation Server/DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio, JMeter, ReadyAPI
Proficiency with MS DevOps test management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
Superior analytical abilities to simplify complex issues and propose effective solutions
Demonstrated success collaborating within project teams in fast-paced program environments
Ability to work independently and deliver the outcome on time within budget

Nice to have:
