Are you an automation enthusiast looking to make a tangible impact on operational efficiency? We are seeking a talented Automation Specialist to join a forward-thinking team in Toowong. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying, designing, and implementing sophisticated automation solutions to streamline complex decision-making processes. By reducing manual workloads and enhancing accuracy, you will play a pivotal role in empowering your colleagues to focus on high-level strategic tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse and document manual processes that are prime for automation
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable automation solutions using rule engines, RPA, and workflow tools
  • Proactively identify the root causes of manual referrals and develop targeted strategies to mitigate them
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including processing times and decision accuracy
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and stay updated on emerging automation technologies

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath
  • Strong proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C#
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
