Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Automation Solution Lead with 15-20 years of overall professional experience to drive our process automation initiatives, with a focus on healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement, extensive knowledge of automation technologies, hands-on experience with UiPath, and expertise in building Automation Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Job Responsibility:

Identify and assess business process automation opportunities within the healthcare sector
Design and implement automation solutions using various technologies, including RPA, NLP, ML, GenAI, OCR, and BPM
Lead the development and execution of automation strategies aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of automation projects
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the automation team
Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices
Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and best practices
Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of automation initiatives
Establish and lead an Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to drive best practices, governance, and scalability of automation initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Master's degree preferred
15-20 years of overall professional experience
At least 7+ years focused on process automation and improvement
Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies
Practitioner-level knowledge of UiPath, including certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional)
Familiarity with healthcare processes and industry-specific challenges
Extensive experience with multiple automation technologies, including RPA, NLP, ML, GenAI, OCR, and BPM
Proven experience in establishing and managing Automation Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Experience with additional RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
