Automation Software Tester

• Assess software quality through manual and automated testing
• Finding and reporting bugs and glitches
• Responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing
• Performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose
• Involving in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment
• Test the product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets the business needs

• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Knowledge of programming languages like PHP
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect life cycle
• Experience in designing test plans, test cases, and scenarios as per requirements provided
• Experience performing end-to-end application testing: requirement validation, functional, integration, regression, user acceptance testing, and defect management
• Experience in working with Agile Scrum model
• Experience in Web Service Testing & Mobile App Testing
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Good Analytical Skills
• Work with the development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management
• Set up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to the quality risk and report it to concerned people
• Track and log defects during execution
• Basic knowledge of API automation using tools like SoapUI, POSTMAN
• Reproduce customer problems in the local environment
