Job Responsibility:
Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships, showcasing how CapSen's technology can transform their operations and deliver a demonstrable ROI case
Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to exceed sales targets
Collaborate with our engineering and marketing teams to customize solutions and stay ahead of industry trends
Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Utilize our in-house CRM to manage a full-cycle pipeline from initial contact to contract execution
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in robotic automation systems or related industrial technologies
Strong technical aptitude to explain complex robotics concepts to diverse audiences, from plant floor managers to C-level executives
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Comfortable working remotely with a willingness to travel as needed
