Join Our Team at CapSen Robotics: Seeking an Experienced Automation Sales Executive. At CapSen Robotics, we're revolutionizing industrial automation with cutting-edge 3D vision and motion planning software that empowers robots to tackle complex tasks like bin picking, kitting, and sorting with unmatched precision. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, we're driving the future of smarter, more efficient robotic systems for manufacturing and beyond. We're growing our sales team and seeking a dynamic Automation Sales Executive to drive opportunities in the US market. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for robotic automation and a proven track record of success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, showcasing how CapSen's technology can transform their operations and deliver a demonstrable ROI case
  • Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with our engineering and marketing teams to customize solutions and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Utilize our in-house CRM to manage a full-cycle pipeline from initial contact to contract execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in robotic automation systems or related industrial technologies
  • Strong technical aptitude to explain complex robotics concepts to diverse audiences, from plant floor managers to C-level executives
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Comfortable working remotely with a willingness to travel as needed

  • Proven track record of success in high-growth technology companies or startups
  • Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles (6-12+ months) and managing multiple stakeholder approvals
  • Self-starter with high autonomy, disciplined in time management, and comfortable driving their own strategy
