Job Responsibility

  • Lead industrial automation projects—including robotics and vision control—from requirement definition to full operational deployment
  • Manage automation projects end-to-end: design, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), commissioning, and documentation updates
  • Prepare URS, FS, DS, and project-related documents
  • Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets
  • Train impacted personnel and maintain clear stakeholder communication
  • Prepare CAPEX requests and monitor budgets
  • Ensure regulatory, EHS, and cGMP compliance
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across internal and external teams

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Automation, Electromechanics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial IT, or equivalent
  • 8+ years in automation project engineering within industrial environments (pharma, food, life sciences, or chemical sectors)
  • Experience with AI-based vision control, packaging/material handling, and PLC/SCADA upgrades
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project and similar tools
  • Fluent English, intermediate French
