Job Description:

The role involves overseeing robotics and automation system development for a company specializing in industrial solutions, supporting cross-functional teams, designing innovative automation solutions, and managing budgets.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of robotics and automation systems, from project inception through to successful delivery
Manage and support cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to technical standards
Design and validate innovative robotics and automation solutions to streamline manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client requirements and industry standards
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in robotic systems, coordinating with engineering teams to implement improvements
Develop and manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure all financial objectives are met

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
Master’s degree in Robotics will be considered as a plus
5-7 years in robotics or industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of robotics programming (e.g., PLC, SCADA) and CAD software for system design
Proven experience in managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines

Nice to have:

Master’s degree in Robotics
