Job Description:

Senior Infrastructure Engineer role to help drive the evolution of Fraud Analytics and Intelligence Platform that underpins real-time AI model execution protecting millions of customers from fraud. This role supports enterprise-grade services including Spark, Nomad, Elasticsearch, and Redis with focus on build, configuration, patching, and automation processes.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement Ansible playbooks to modernize, secure, and optimize infrastructure components
Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure updates including provisioning, configuration, version upgrades, security patches, and configuration changes
Collaborate with software and data engineers to introduce new tools and services
Support production change requests and ensure smooth deployment
Provide Tier 2 support for service disruptions and outages

Requirements:

4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
3+ years of experience using automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
2+ years of experience supporting or maintaining services like Apache Spark, HashiCorp Nomad, Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch
2+ years of experience with modern CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub

Nice to have:

2 years of experience supporting implementation of Spark including cluster and resource management, job scheduling, and security settings
2 years of experience providing troubleshooting support for platform or operational teams, including incident response and root cause analysis
1+ year of experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Experience supporting Openshift Container Platform
Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or low-latency systems
