Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Automation & Generative AI Specialist who can design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions while effectively engaging with customers through impactful presentations. This role blends technical expertise in AI/automation with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks
  • Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain automation pipelines and AI solutions
  • Build AI-powered solutions such as chatbots and virtual assistants, document processing and summarization, content generation tools, intelligent decision-support systems
  • Work with data teams to curate datasets and fine-tune AI models
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance
  • Conduct customer-facing presentations, demos, and workshops on AI and automation capabilities
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights
  • Create compelling POCs and solution demos tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support deal closures
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
  • Gather client requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of overall experience in Automation, RPA, and AI/Generative AI solutions
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, or consulting environments
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in delivering customer demos, POCs, and solution walkthroughs for AI and automation use cases
  • Prior experience in designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions is highly preferred
