We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to design, implement, and scale end-to-end automation solutions within the Supply Chain domain. The role combines process optimization, automation architecture, and business transformation support. The successful candidate will play a key role in stabilizing operations during transitions while building sustainable and scalable automation capabilities across supply chain processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions across Supply Chain processes
  • Develop workflow orchestration, integration solutions, and process optimization initiatives
  • Establish and enforce automation standards, governance, and best practices
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems, applications, and data flows (APIs, middleware, low-code platforms)
  • Enable scalability and rapid onboarding of new processes into automation frameworks
  • Support business transitions by stabilizing operations through automation
  • Identify automation opportunities to minimize operational disruption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and continuity
  • Reduce manual effort and operational risks through intelligent automation
  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to ensure performance and reliability
  • Drive continuous improvement using automation insights and analytics
  • Apply knowledge of Supply Chain processes (planning, inventory, export operations)

Requirements

  • 6–8 YoE in automation or process optimization roles
  • Experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, or ServiceNow
  • Proven experience in automation solutions (RPA, workflow tools, integrations)
  • Strong understanding of system integration (APIs, middleware, low-code platforms)
  • Experience with process design, controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Very good command of English

Nice to have

  • Background in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Experience in transition or transformation projects
  • Knowledge of process mining or workflow orchestration tools
  • Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments
