Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for Automation Sustaining Engineering KPI which is MTBA, OEE, machine downtime, Quality and Preventive maintenance
  • Ability to support on hard down machines and assist technician to troubleshoot the machine
  • Ability to support on machines improvement in term of productivity and quality
  • Ability to support Agile document creation and update
  • Able to support offline / online when production line down or crisis issue

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical or equivalent field
  • Knowledge in process engineering and automation is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and understand problems and conceptualize solutions
  • Need to have a passion, determination to uncover root cause and derive long term solution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skill
  • Expert in excel and power point

Nice to have

  • Familiar in computer system & computer network
  • Familiar with SECSGEM and Robotic Control System (RCS) will be advantages
  • Familiar in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
  • Able to work independently
  • Have a good interpersonal skill
  • Able to multitask
