As an Automation Engineer at RubyLabs, you will be entrusted with crafting and refining sophisticated applications and automation workflows through advanced low-code platforms, utilizing a blend of visual development tools and frameworks. Your primary focus will be to transpose business necessities into dynamic, efficient solutions and streamline processes by designing and implementing automated workflows. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations, reducing manual effort, and minimizing the costs associated with external software.
Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using N8N to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and minimize the costs associated with external software
Automate billing processes using n8n and API integration in order to minimize manual labor for different payment processors
Actively participate in the development and deployment of applications by designing and constructing intuitive user interfaces with Tooljet
Engage in comprehensive research and analytical studies of internal business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation, and translating them into actionable low-code solutions
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including developers and key stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project objectives and to provide expertise in the low-code domain
Automate Support’s department processes, ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements:
A strong foundation in web service technologies, including RESTful API, webhooks, and API authentication mechanisms
Experience with leading low-code development platforms such as N8N, Zapier, Make, Tooljet, Bubble, or similar technologies
Solid understanding of JavaScript, with the ability to manipulate and employ the language within low-code environments
Competence in executing comprehensive testing protocols, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to guarantee the quality and reliability of applications
Good communication skills complemented by the aptitude for fostering teamwork within a diverse, cross-functional team setting
A proactive mindset, geared towards continually improving process workflows and driving efficiencies through technology
Nice to have:
Experience working with Unified Payments Infrastructure, such as Primer.io
Experience with deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to enhance scalability and security of low-code solutions
