Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft CoPilot, SQL and Python. The Automation Engineer will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet stakeholder needs. This role involves working with the wider Data/AI and operations team to troubleshoot issues, integrate systems, and ensure seamless performance of applications and databases. Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions for automation using AI and LLMs
Design and implement technical solutions using SQL and Python
Use Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Power Automate to create end-to-end automations
Develop custom scripts, tools, and applications to enhance system functionality and improve client workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to databases, applications, and system integrations
Document system processes, configurations, and technical solutions for both internal and client use
Create PowerBI Dashboards for monitoring, alerting and analytics use-cases where required

Requirements:

Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and software development best practices
Experience with APIs and system integrations for enterprise applications
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management
Advanced database Optimisation experience
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing complex queries
Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical solution implementation
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
