Job Responsibility:
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with relevant experience in software development, automation, and/or DevOps
Experience in Developing and maintaining automation solutions using technologies such as ASP.Net, C#, SQL/NoSQL and Python
Hands on experience in building and deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and IIS on Windows
Manage and resolve automation tool issues via incident, problem, and change tickets, following ITIL processes
Experience with one of the cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g. ELK stack, Datadog, Splunk) and reporting/dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Kibana, Grafana)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in Agile environments and cross-team collaboration
Nice to have:
Experience in Developing and maintaining automation solutions using technologies such as PowerShell, ELK stack, Power Platforms, GitLab, Azure
Hands on experience in Implementing observability, monitoring, and reporting solutions with ELK stack, Tableau, Power BI, and related tools
Apply CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices in line with TAD standards
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident, problem, and change management
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
Collaborate with development and vendor teams to deliver solutions and implement changes
Good to have basic Generative AI tools knowledge, data analytics and Machine learning
