As they continue to scale, they are seeking an experienced Automation Consultant to help clients reimagine their operations through cutting-edge technology. This role will see you working directly with clients to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock measurable value.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver automation engagements across financial services clients
  • Analyse and map business processes to identify automation and optimisation opportunities
  • Design and implement solutions using RPA and workflow automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform)
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and transformation strategies
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to regulatory requirements
  • Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation
  • Drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI across client operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automation consulting, RPA, or digital transformation
  • Background working with financial services clients or within regulated environments
  • Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-led solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

  • Proven track record as a Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer or equivalent working for a PPMA business or similar supplying the beverage and/or food manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or water treatment markets.
