Job Description:

IT House is reinforcing a strategic banking sector project and is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join an Infra Cloud Squad. This role focuses on automating the provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in enabling scalable, secure, and efficient environments. The teams core responsibilities include analysis and architecture validation of cloud infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate Azure resource deployments
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation using Ansible and manage deployments through configuration management
  • Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (RHAAP) or GitHub Actions
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost optimization best practices
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage tasks using Jira
  • Document infrastructure designs, automation processes, and operational procedures
  • Support architecture validation and cloud infrastructure analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automating Azure infrastructure for data and analytics platforms
  • Strong proficiency with Ansible for configuration management
  • Solid scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with Azure networking, identity, monitoring, and security
  • Experience working in Agile teams and using Jira for task management
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • AZ-900 certification is mandatory
