Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer-Level II to join our team in Albany, New York. In this long-term contract position and is hybrid onsite. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance program capabilities, including case management, eligibility processing, and citizen engagement. Collaborating closely with the Solution Architect, you will transform architectural designs into robust and secure applications tailored to agency requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions to support program capabilities such as case management and citizen engagement
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to translate design blueprints into functional applications
  • Utilize Apex programming to create custom functionality and streamline workflows
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data exchange
  • Implement validation rules, security measures, and automation processes to enhance application performance
  • Conduct data modeling to structure and organize information effectively within Salesforce applications
  • Optimize cloud-based technologies to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of systems
  • Test and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and submission guidelines during the development process
  • Work onsite as required, aligning with organizational needs and schedules

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex programming and API integration
  • Strong understanding of automation processes, validation rules, and data modeling
