Job Description

Airswift is searching for an Automation & Electrical Lead to support maintenance, reliability, and optimization of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems in an industrial plant environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
  • Supervise and mentor E&I Technicians
  • promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Diagnose and resolve automation, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation issues
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE guidelines, NFPA/IEC standards, and electrical safety procedures
  • Oversee calibration, loop tuning, and documentation of control systems
  • Participate in shutdown/TAR planning and execution
  • Recommend automation improvements and energy?efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Proficiency with PLCs, SCADA, CMMS, and electrical/automation troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and instrumentation standards
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and leadership skills
