As an Automation Designer / Automation Developer, you help organizations transform the way they work through intelligent automation. You bridge business needs and technology by designing, building, and scaling automation solutions that are robust, user-friendly, and future-proof.

Bridge business needs and technology by designing, building, and scaling automation solutions
Contribute across the design and delivery lifecycle—from analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities, to implementing complex workflows and integrations across enterprise environments
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate challenges into scalable automation solutions using low-code, RPA, and AI-driven technologies
Work embedded within client teams, supporting adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of automation solutions
Shape end-to-end automation journeys, combining process design, document automation, system integrations, and intelligent services to deliver measurable business impact
Requirements:
Strong experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, UiPath
Solid understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP/DPA) and automation concepts
Experience working across low-code and RPA platforms in enterprise environments
Experience with API integrations and data flows between systems
Comfortable with scripting and expressions (PowerShell, JSON, formulas)
Development experience in PowerShell, C#.NET, Python, or similar (for developer-focused profiles)
Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation potential
Experience modeling process flows, user journeys, and automation scenarios
Strong documentation skills and structured handover to delivery teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business IT, or equivalent experience
Dutch and English language proficiency
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Consultancy mindset with the ability to embed within client teams
Structured, quality-driven, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and fast-changing environments
Nice to have:
