Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Identify and drive process improvements through automation and optimization
Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
Create functional specs and test plans in collaboration with key users
Support IT teams throughout project lifecycles
Keep stakeholders informed with clear project updates

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills
Solid technical understanding (automation experience is a plus)
Familiarity with the banking sector and/or Lean Six Sigma (nice to have)
Proficiency in English (French is a bonus)
Comfortable using standard office tools
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:
