Job Responsibility

  • Provide delivery oversight, governance, and assurance across complex programs and projects
  • Support and oversee testing, commissioning, readiness, and safe introduction activities in live operational environments
  • Work closely with system integrators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure outcomes align to safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and project teams to ensure solutions are practical, operable, and fit for purpose
  • Translate technical and delivery detail into clear risks, impacts and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across Network Operations

Requirements

  • Experience providing delivery oversight, assurance, governance, or operational leadership on complex initiatives
  • Exposure to high‑risk, safety‑critical or live operational environments
  • Confidence collaborating with technical specialists, vendors, contractors, and delivery teams
  • The ability to understand complex systems and translate that complexity into practical operational outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels
  • A pragmatic, outcomes‑focused approach, and a willingness to learn and grow into new technology domains
