Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable intelligent automation solutions using the Automation Anywhere A360 platform. The role involves leading complex automation initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding development teams to implement enterprise-grade RPA solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
  • Lead delivery of complex RPA projects ensuring scalability, security, and best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and design automation opportunities
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to RPA developers
  • Implement solutions leveraging AARI (Copilot), Document Automation, and APA components
  • Ensure adherence to RPA governance, standards, and architecture guidelines

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in RPA and Intelligent Automation
  • Proven hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of AARI (Copilot), Document Automation, Enterprise knowledge base and APA capabilities
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Python scripting and SQL
  • Exposure to AI (LLM) integration and API-based automation solutions
  • Automation Anywhere certifications preferred
