Job Description

The Automation Anywhere Lead role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Automation Anywhere development and at least 1-2 years in a leadership position. Candidates should possess strong technical leadership skills and be proficient in RPA tools. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and delivering successful projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere Tool and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project
  • Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows
  • Deliver proposals
  • Provide user support and interact with team members and other departments

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Automation Anywhere development in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in leading Automation Anywhere teams
  • Strong technical leadership skills in evaluating Software Solutions, and following best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns
  • Experience in RPA infrastructure setup is a plus
  • Good understanding of attended vs unattended robotics implementations
  • Knowledge of Citrix environment with RPA Tools
  • Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools (eg., ABBYY..)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with team members and managers
  • Flexible and agile attitude in respect to responsibilities and change
  • Flexible and adaptable, open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms and systems
