Job Description:

The Digital Solution and Integration portfolio comprises of Upstream business software, Digital Apps built with disruptive technologies and enterprise integrations. Together, these solutions drive operational efficiencies and revenue optimization. For this portfolio, we seek a highly skilled individual to execute efforts in streamlining business processes using automation platforms such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Microsoft Power Platform.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and ensure process alignment
Build and maintain secure, scalable, and modular architecture for workflow automation and system integrations
Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using BTP and MS Power Platform with process orchestration, RPA and integration capabilities
Leverage low-code/no-code tools and SAP BTP Extension Suite to develop scalable automation and extension applications
Develop and manage integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and event-driven architectures
Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems using iFlows, REST/OData APIs, and middleware tools
Create custom scripts in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript to extend platform functionality
Document automation/integration logic, configurations, and support knowledge transfer and maintenance practices
Stay current with cloud-native integration patterns, automation platforms, and SAP BTP roadmap updates
Actively seek incorporating best practices in deliverables as well as leveraging new technologies like GenAI to solve business problems
Support Audit and Compliance initiatives as well as planned reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent knowledge/experience
10 years or more experience with automation and integration platforms
2 years or more of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and Extension Suite is preferred (CAP, RAP, Fiori Elements)
2 years or more of hands-on experience with Microsoft Platform/Technologies such as Power Automate, PowerApps, or other integration tools is preferred
Experienced with S/4HANA connectivity using BTP
Strong programming/scripting skills in at least one language: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript
Experience with RESTful APIs, OData, and application integration techniques
Solid understanding of ITSM practices and process automation in MSP or enterprise environments
Experience working with Azure
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
