We're looking for a resourceful and driven Automation & BI Specialist to join the Voluum team - the leading tracking, optimization and automation solution for advertisers. Our team is based in Kraków and we're part of the Team Internet Group

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze business data and deliver insights that support better decision-making
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks and contribute to process automation initiatives
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Support the development of data models, calculated measures, and KPIs in Power BI
  • Maintain and improve BI tools, reporting workflows, and automation solutions
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and automation needs
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and business initiatives

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a BI, Data Analyst, Reporting, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, including report building and basic data modeling
  • Solid SQL skills and are comfortable querying and analyzing data from various sources
  • Familiar with workflow automation tools such as Make.com or Power Automate
  • Basic knowledge of business process automation and are eager to develop it further
  • Understand key business metrics and can translate business needs into reporting solutions
  • Familiar with relational databases and CRM data models
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and enjoy problem-solving
  • Fluent in Polish and English

  • Basic Python knowledge
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
