We are now looking for an Automation & AI Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will help build and scale our capabilities within automation and AI-driven solutions, working closely with teams across the organization to create efficient workflows, robust integrations, and impactful AI applications.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and maintaining code-based solutions, primarily in Python, for integrations, automation, and AI applications
Designing and implementing workflow automations using both low-code tools and custom-built solutions
Building and deploying LLM- and agent-based solutions in production environments
Integrating systems and data sources using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify automation and AI opportunities
Contributing to the development of scalable internal AI infrastructure and platform capabilities
Requirements:
5–10+ years of experience within software development, automation, and integrations. Minimum 1,5+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-/agent-based solutions in production
Strong programming skills in Python and experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience working with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or n8n
Experience working with AI/LLM solutions, SQL, and data-driven systems
Bachelor or master degree within computer science, systems science, engineering, or a related field
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Azure, Databricks, Dataverse)
Experience with RAG, vector search, MCP, or observability/evals for AI systems
Experience with CRM systems, RevOps/GTM tooling, or lightweight frontend development
