Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity, first of its kind here at Metro Rod support centre. We are looking for a CAD Drainage Survey Processor – Environmental & Drainage to join our growing team. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone who’s qualified in CAD, has worked on drainage drawings/digitising plans - adding information such as GPS data, loves technical design work, and wants to dive into real projects from day one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Turning early-stage concepts into clear, accurate drainage layouts
  • creating proposed drainage layouts in AutoCAD
  • preparing OS tile plans ready for design
  • working with Project Manager on pre-launch stage of new contract wins
  • turning engineers' drawings into polished, client-ready plans

Requirements:

  • AutoCAD experience is essential
  • newly qualified or early in their CAD career
  • experience in working with drainage drawings and technical design work
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
  • good communication skills, good telephone manner
