Job Responsibility

Develop drainage strategies and detailed designs for both private and adoptable systems (foul and surface water)
Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy reports in line with national and local planning policy
Produce hydraulic modelling and drainage design using industry-standard software such as Causeway Flow
Produce technical drawings and specifications
Liaise with clients, local authorities, water companies, and other stakeholders to secure technical approvals (S104, S106, S185, SAB, LLFA, etc)
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
Prepare fee proposals and invoices, monitor budgets and deadlines
Attend design team and site meetings and provide technical support during construction phases
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical development
