Job Description

This role has come about due to an increased workload in footprint planning to support the 3 UAPs and Facilities Department in developing current site layouts and project layout proposals.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, coordinate, and maintain site footprint plans in AutoCAD to improve maturity of site change management
  • Ensure site footprints are updated on master documents
  • Contribute to projects aimed at giving better visibility of site space and constraints
  • Have input into site Master Plan and ensure alignment to master plan, footprint plans
  • Capturing needs of UAPs and ensuring alignment of departments in the annual process
  • Contribute to project teams delivering site changes to ensure layouts accurately represent changes identified are feasible
