Job Description

We’re looking for a persuasive and empathetic communicator who can re-engage potential customers, understand their concerns, and turn a “no thanks” into a “yes, let’s do it.”

Job Responsibility

  • Turn no into yes: When a customer declines our offer, you’ll step in — calling them to understand their hesitation, address objections, and win them back
  • Own the customer journey: Guide the customer through the process and schedule successfully a final evaluation at one of the 60 branches in Spain
  • Drive Sales by converting interest into action
  • Maintain trust and make the difference that turns leads into loyal customers. As the first point of contact you will ensure that our client's needs are consistently exceeded

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish language skills
  • Intermediate English level
  • Experience in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with clients
  • You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated to achieve results
  • Comfortable in a repetitive environment, adaptable and methodical

  • Coordinate customs documentation and shipping activities for imported and exported products, including working with freight forwarders and inspection agencies as required
