Job Description:

Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager to join their team. This role involves supporting Auto Products as a Delivery Lead and supporting Initiatives as a Change Initiative Manager, working across Originations and Servicing Operations to drive strategic initiatives and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Product Directors and Change Initiative Sponsors to keep records compliant
Collaborate with multiple roles to plan and implement Change Events
Foster relationships with stakeholders to support program execution
Maintain Jira and Registry systems of records
Support delivery of high-risk change events
Act as Change Management SME
Assist with communication and training activities.

Requirements:

7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Comprehensive project and program management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strategic planning with focus on aligning initiatives with business and product roadmaps
Experience in consumer lending and understanding of originations and servicing operations
Experience leading or supporting change management policies and frameworks
Familiarity with Agile product development concepts including epics, features, stories, and backlog management
Proficiency in Jira and Registry preferred
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent initiatives
Expertise in planning, process management, and documentation
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Strong collaboration skills with business and functional partnerships
Research, documentation, and analytical skills
Ability to operate in ambiguity and think critically
Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

Experience in consumer lending, preferably in auto
Proficiency in Jira and Registry
Familiarity with Agile product development concepts.
