Requirements:
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship as an auto electrician
Five years of full-time paid experience performing auto electrical work
Completion of an 18-month or longer auto electrical repair program at an accredited institution may be substituted for one year of experience
Valid Class C driver's license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
Certain assignments require a valid Class A or B driver's license issued by the California DMV and a valid medical certificate within the first six months of employment
