Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for leading and managing a sales team
  • Monitoring the performance of the team and setting their target
  • Handling the team issues and obstacles to ensure smooth process flow & target achievement
  • Negotiate problems of rejected and cancelled cases which can be solved to reach the maximum approval rate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
  • High level of communication skills
  • Good Marketing & Selling skills
