Autism Support Coach

• Deliver person-centred coaching to autistic adults in North Norfolk and the surrounding areas
• Help individuals overcome barriers to accessing services, community activities, employment, and learning
• Create and manage coaching plans with SMART objectives and progression pathways
• Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions in community settings
• Build relationships with local services and stakeholders to support holistic outcomes
• Promote peer support groups and contribute to service development
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding and GDPR standards

• Experience working with autistic adults and/or people with learning disabilities
• Level 2 qualification in IAG, Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching – or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly across Norfolk
• Confident using MS Office and managing service documentation
• Knowledge of local services and labour market information is a plus
