Job Description:

A creative and inclusive Primary School are looking for confident, ambitious and outgoing Autism Support Assistant – Unqualified to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational Needs. This Outstanding school in Ealing believe that “all pupils to enjoy school and develop enthusiasm for learning” and are looking for confident and compassionate candidates to join the team, supporting children with Autism. You will be working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, various therapists, and inclusion staff as an Autism Support Assistant – Unqualified, helping manage the classroom environment, creating exciting activities and delivering tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive equipment at the school.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASDD requirements
Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
High quality and bespoke CPD will be provided
Strong inclusion team to support you

Requirements:

A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within
Previous experience working with children
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs
