A welcoming and inclusive school in Daventry is seeking an Autism Support Assistant to join their team from March 2026. The school provides structured, nurturing support for primary-aged pupils with autism.

Job Responsibility:

  • Offer 1:1 support for pupils with autism
  • Support social communication and interaction skills
  • Assist with behaviour regulation and routines
  • Encourage independence and confidence
