Job Description:

We are looking for professionals who are caring and motivated to help the individuals we support thrive. We are committed to supporting over 60 autistic adults across Fife, providing personalised care across a variety of settings. Our services range in their level of complexity and have varying staffing ratios, including 1:1 and 2:1 support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build positive relationships with the supported people
  • Support people to take part in their chosen activities
  • Develop personalised support plans
  • Be an active part of their local community
  • Complete all tasks necessary to maintain their home and to support with personal care

Requirements:

  • Experience in support roles
  • Must be able to undertake shift work including weekends and evenings
  • Flexibility towards working hours
  • Must be able to perform physical elements of the role
  • Must apply to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 3 months of starting
  • Must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council within 6 months
  • Subject to a PVG Disclosure check
