Part-time independent contractor to conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations on a once-per-week basis. This role is designed for clinicians who wish to focus on high-quality diagnostic work with flexible scheduling and strong administrative support, without production pressure or referral expectations.
Administer and interpret standardized assessment instruments (e.g., ADOS-2 and related tools)
Perform clinical interviews, behavioral observations, and record reviews
Prepare thorough diagnostic reports that meet clinical, payer, and regulatory standards
Provide feedback to families regarding findings and recommendations
Collaborate with intake and clinical teams solely for scheduling and care coordination purposes
Requirements:
Licensed Psychologist, Developmental Pediatrician, Psychiatrist, or other licensed clinician authorized to diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder in Nebraska
Formal training and demonstrated experience with standardized autism diagnostic instruments (ADOS-2 required)
Pediatric diagnostic experience
Strong documentation and clinical writing skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Medicaid and commercial payer diagnostic standards
Experience in outpatient pediatric or multidisciplinary settings
